Labour market measures in Central Switzerland
ECAP Central Switzerland offers courses for jobseekers on behalf of the Department of Economy, Labour and Social Affairs (was|wira).
Our courses provide targeted support to help jobseekers enter or re-enter the Swiss labour market. The programmes are aimed at non-native speakers as well as professionals with varying levels of German and professional backgrounds.
Participants learn how to prepare professional application documents, apply suitable job-search strategies and make effective use of digital tools such as Job-Room or AI. At the same time, they deepen their understanding of the Swiss labour market and gain confidence in the application process. Depending on the course, the focus may also be on German language support, basic IT skills and individual support.
Placements are arranged via the RAVs in the Canton of Lucerne. Direct enrolment is not possible.
