About the location

Sector-specific German in Basel

Learn German for your career: in our sector-specific courses, you’ll improve your language skills in a targeted way for your daily work.

You will learn key terms used in your sector, gain a better understanding of work instructions and improve communication with managers and colleagues.

We are currently offering courses for the construction, cleaning and catering sectors on behalf of the joint committees and the Unia trade union. Courses for other sectors are available on request.

Our offers

You work in service or in the kitchen and learn to communicate more effectively and confidently with guests and colleagues. You expand your vocabulary with words that are important for working in the kitchen or in service.

You will acquire and develop your daily language proficiency and practical skills, and expand your vocabulary on construction-related topics.

You will acquire or develop your language skills to improve communication at work and in everyday life. You will learn and consolidate workplace-related vocabulary.
