Labour market measures in Aargau

On behalf of AWA Aargau, we offer skills assessment courses for jobseekers to help them strengthen their job application skills and improve their opportunities on the labour market.

Both course formats take place from Monday to Friday, either in the morning from 08.30 to 11.50 or in the afternoon from 13.30 to 16.50. The courses are held in Aarau and Baden.

Participation is exclusively possible if assigned by the RAVs.

Participants update their application portfolios and strategies, improve their job-application skills and practise for job interviews. A course runs for 18 days, with a total of 72 lessons.

Participants develop their application portfolio and strategy, build up their job-application skills and practice job interviews. Another focus is on developing and improving language skills relevant to job applications and the labour market at A1 level. A course runs for 30 days and includes a total of 120 lessons.
