Labour market measures of ECAP Ticino Unia
ECAP Ticino Unia supports unemployed people with targeted labour market measures to help them integrate into the labour market and return to work.
The initiatives offered through the Atelier TRI platform provide participants with tailored and personalised support in acquiring and developing the tools and skills required for an effective job search that is tailored to their individual profile. These initiatives take into account the central role of digitalisation and the significant changes in the work environment.
Atelier TRI offers two training programmes: TRI Form Plus and TRI Coaching.
- The TRI Form Plus courses run for six weeks and include one-to-one sessions with the relevant course leader or coach, group lessons, self-organised individual study and practical sessions – all tailored to the jobseekers’ individual goals.
- The TRI Coaching programmes offer jobseekers targeted support and comprise a maximum of three one-to-one sessions with a course leader or coach.
Placements are arranged through the cantonal employment offices (URC) in Ticino. Direct enrolment is not possible.
