Further professional development at ECAP Ticino Unia
ECAP Ticino Unia offers a wide range of continuing professional development courses that enable employees to expand their skills in a target-oriented manner and advance their career development.
The courses are aimed at people with different levels of previous knowledge – from complete beginners to experienced professionals – and take place in a practice-oriented, interactive learning environment. Our tutors provide individual guidance to participants and offer ongoing support.
Thanks to support from trade unions and further training funds, course fees may be covered in part or in full. For example, the Temptraining Fund enables employees of recruitment agencies (Adecco, Job Contact, Pemsa, etc.) to undertake further training with financial support, up to and including full coverage of costs.
