Basic skills in Suisse romande

Our courses help you to strengthen your basic skills – such as language, maths and digital skills – become more independent and improve your career opportunities.

You will improve your knowledge of French, maths, digital skills and general knowledge. This will make it easier for you to understand information, carry out administrative tasks and communicate with greater confidence in everyday life and at work. These programmes promote social and professional integration and facilitate access to employment and further training.

Our offer

RedActif is aimed at people with a written French level of A1–A2 and a speaking level of B1 or higher. The course focuses on writing and helps to strengthen writing skills in a targeted manner and to bridge the gap between spoken and written expression.

Migrafor is aimed at women working in low-skilled sectors who wish to improve their basic skills and broaden their career prospects. They receive information about the Swiss labour market and further training opportunities, while also acquiring basic skills in French, IT, mathematics and general knowledge. With the support of a coach, they also develop a specific educational or career plan.
