  KulturLegi: Reimbursement possible by the city of Winterthur under these conditions:
  • In possession of a KulturLegi
  • Resident in the city of Winterthur
  • No receipt of social assistance, AHV, IV or EL
  • German course at level A1 to A2
  • 80% attendance in the course
  A maximum of 100 lessons at CHF 2.- will be reimbursed.
